Privacy Policy

Boommm.com are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and work within the remit of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act.

We will collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your subscription or enquiry and, second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future.

• Marketing requirements

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Any research undertaken by Boommm.com online or offline will be on a voluntary basis, and for the purpose of updating and improving our service.

The personal information that we request will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and current legislation.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the European Economic Area we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie', which would be stored on your browser. Boommm Business Associates

Where we are putting business-related information, product and service suppliers on the website, the contractual obligations lie between yourself and the relevant supplier and not Boommm.com. Boommm.com strive to offer only the best selection of business suppliers.

We cannot police individual transactions between site visitors and any subsequent supplier and we have no legal responsibility to reimburse or recompense any transaction between a site visitor/subscriber and a business that has been signposted on the boommm.com website. We cannot resolve disputes.

However, if we are given conclusive evidence that an associate business is not operating legitimately or fairly toward our site visitors, we will investigate and no longer recommend them.

Boommm Boardroom

Boommm.com have overall editorial jurisdiction of the bulletin board. Business members must not use the bulletin board to mislead other contributors about their business. They must not use the forum to make unfounded or adverse comments about other individuals or companies.

Boommm .com will cancel the membership of any individual or company abusing the purpose of the bulletin board. Cancellation will be with immediate effect and membership will not be reimbursed.

Boommm Business Information

Whilst we strive to give you the most appropriate and useful information possible, we do not have an intimate knowledge of your business. Any advice given is of a general nature and businesses are advised to take further specialist advice from an independent source before making major decisions. Boommm.com cannot be held legally responsible for any material or financial loss, or negative outcome of advice given on site, in the boom boardroom, and specifically to members on support packages. All information is for a general guide and each business has to take responsibility for the way in which they adopt the ideas for their own business use.  Every business is recommended to take further independent advice on major decisions.
